£20,000 - £25,000 pa
Annual Bonus
25 days holiday + Bank holidays
9-5pm Monday to Friday

We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced individual to support our busy, Exeter based, specialist finance recruitment team. This is an ideal role for someone who is seeking a non-sales position with a wide range of responsibilities.
Excellent customer service skills and a confident and professional telephone manner:
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Proactive sourcing and screening potential applicants
Strong organisation skills, with the ability to multi task and focus:
- Managing multiple advertising and marketing campaigns on job boards and social media
- Supporting all Recruitment Managers & Directors with daytoday administration
- Carrying out research on companies
Strong IT aptitude, with fast and accurate keyboard skills:
- Creating professional CVs
- Managing the company telephone software
Flexible work approach:
- Providing support to colleagues to ensure recruitment deadlines are met
- Assisting with company events and marketing campaigns
