We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced individual to support our busy, Exeter based, specialist finance recruitment team. This is an ideal role for someone who is seeking a non-sales position with a wide range of responsibilities.

Excellent customer service skills and a confident and professional telephone manner:

Answering and directing incoming calls
Proactive sourcing and screening potential applicants

Strong organisation skills, with the ability to multi task and focus:

Managing multiple advertising and marketing campaigns on job boards and social media
Supporting all Recruitment Managers & Directors with daytoday administration
Carrying out research on companies

Strong IT aptitude, with fast and accurate keyboard skills:
