    • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications related discipline. Through a metric-driven approach, ensure sales targets are reported and tracked through a CRM solution
    • Expertise in working in a CRM solutions environment.
    • Strong business and financial acumen with analytical ability to assess the business and drive the organization forward
    • Frequent contact with all members of business development as well as senior members of the operations team
    • Requirement to form effective working relationships with senior executives, subject matter experts and functional support (e.g. finance, HR, IT)
    • Share knowledge, best practices and solution designs within assigned business unit to ensure continuous business improvement
    • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality
