If you are an experienced mortgage broker, with CAS, who can bring a client bank with you to create the residential mortgage arm of this specialist mortgage brokerage business.

You can benefit from the freedom to work how and where you want, have full administration support and no fixed monthly costs.

The company is directly authorised, has been running for over 7 years, is based in Cardiff, and has a team of specialist mortgage brokers advising in 2nd charge, bridging, equity release, Buy to Let, development finance and complex cases.

They are in a position where they would like to grow the self-employed residential division and are eager to recruit people who want to run their own business, keeping the lion's share of commission, without the headache and costs of either going directly authorised or joining a network.

The company has access to whole of market mortgage products, panel of award-winning protection providers and a vast array of options for more complex, specialist cases.

There is no requirement to visit offices and you will be fully supported with administration, compliance, and IT systems at no extra cost to you.
