    If you are a Tax Accounting and Compliance professional looking for an opportunity to grow, NielsenIQ has an exciting opportunity for you.

    A Hybrid role based out of our Oxford, UK location, you will interact with all aspects of our accounting for income taxes and worldwide tax compliance.

    Team members will gain exposure across multiple subject areas of the Corporate Tax function with opportunities to work with the finance, transfer pricing and tax planning teams.

    Assist in managing complete lifecycle for accounting for income taxes on a worldwide basis, including annual, quarterly, and forecasted tax rate computations, completing return to provision analysis and reconciliation of balance sheet tax accounts.

    Coordinate with Accounting, Treasury, Legal, and FP&A to gather information to complete the global tax provision and other tax analytics.

    Ensure compliance with all Sarbanes Oxley requirements including documentation of internal control procedures and interactions with corporate audit staff.

    Coordinate with financial controllers and third-party providers to ensure timely and accurate filing of required tax returns in various countries.

    Gather and review due diligence reports, tax returns, and other information to determine the tax accounting implications for acquisitions.

    Assist global finance personnel with tax related issues and educate individuals in ASC 740, OneSource Tax Provision, and internal control procedures for tax.

    Identify and implement automation, efficiency, and improvement projects for the tax accounting and compliance function.
    Special projects, including ad hoc analysis of tax issues to support management inquiries.
    4-6 years with public accounting and/or general corporate tax experience.
    ~ Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance required, graduate tax degree or certified accountant designation preferred.
    ~ Broad knowledge of US GAAP ASC 740 and global corporate tax laws.
    ~ OneSource Tax Provision, Hyperion Financial Management, or SAP preferred.
    ~ Experience with Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Alteryx, and similar automation tools preferred.
