    You will be responsible for managing the MICE and Groups and will lead the sales requirement in this area for the hotel to deliver both growth on the existing account portfolio alongside proactive sales.

    Develop the sales strategy to maximize MICE business.

    Proactively identify and secure new business collaborating with the sales teamFollow up on all new prospective clients with one-to-one meetings.

    Utilising Market Intelligence reports to ensure comprehensive competitor knowledge within local territory maintained, targeting sales actions accordingly to grow market share for the Hotel.

    Responsible for achieving the budget for the MICE segment both in terms of rooms (number of room nights and room revenue), event room rental and F&B sales associated with groups.

    You will create in collaboration with the Director of Sales and the General Manager and take full ownership of MICE and Group hotel sales and marketing strategies with support of the VP of sales.
