The Target Healthcare Group is a niche pharmaceutical developer, manufacturer and supplier to the retail pharmacy, hospital, wholesaler, and homecare markets.

Throughout the UK we employ over 300 people including pharmacists, skilled technicians, HR, IT, procurement, warehouse, logistics, commercial and customer services staff.

We have an opportunity for an experienced PA to join our team in East Kilbride.


The Role
Providing high quality personal and administrative assistance to the Managing Director, wider Directorate and the management team.


Key Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for any inbound enquiries to the Managing Director or wider Directorate.
  • Managing the Directorates' diary and appointments, ensuring effective use of time and preparation of papers and information in advance.
  • Organising internal and external meetings and teleconferences, including booking venues, arranging accommodation and taking minutes as required.
  • Coordinating and collating reports for Board and management meetings, liaising with all departments as required.
  • Attending and contributing to meetings on the Directorates' behalf, reporting back and following up appropriately.

Skills and Attributes Required

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • The ability to work at pace on multiple projects.
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • IT literate.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organised.
