    CLIENT SUPPORT ASSISTANT | REMOTE POSITION – BUCKINGHAMSHIRE / BERKSHIRE BASED (DUE TO MEETING WITH TEAM MEMBERS TO CO-WORK AT LEAST 1 X PER WEEK IN READING)

    WE ARE SEARCHING FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL AND PROACTIVE CLIENT SUPPORT ASSISTANT TO TAKE UP AN ADMINISTRATIVE ROLE TO WORK EFFICIENTLY AND EFFECTIVELY WITHIN A REMOTE TEAM.

    Our client is looking to hire a Client Support Assistant to support the day to day running and administration, reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer.

    Our client is looking for a professional Client Support Assistant with a helpful and friendly manner, always going the extra mile when needed.

    Your role is to ensure smooth, day-to-day support for the client support team, including (but not limited to) updating the administrative processes used for CRM, finance and tracking of online psychometric tools, workshop logistics, course materials, formatting presentations and client materials,.

    Assistance to the Chief Operating Officer may include tracking team expenses, supporting invoicing and other finance and operational aspects.

    You will be great at juggling projects, keeping an eye on deadlines, and coordinating work to the highest level of satisfaction to all stakeholders (mainly internal partners and occasionally clients).

    Ad-hoc administration and operational support for the Client Support Team

    • Invoice processing to include preparation of invoices, reconciling payments, checking accounts and tracking debtors
    • Support with team expenses
    • Updating CRM database
    • Answering the telephone
    • Formatting proposals, PowerPoint presentations, training materials
    • Administration for certification courses
    The successful candidate will have relevant experience and be able to demonstrate the following:

    • 3+ years' experience in a corporate environment in an administrative/finance support position
    • A positive, growth mindset and a service and solution focused approach
    • Being technically savvy is a must with a good level of Microsoft Office skills (i.e., Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel). XERO bookkeeping experience beneficial.
    • Proven experience of managing work-streams and multiple tasks simultaneously, including effective methods of prioritisation and planning of work is essential.

    22 days annual holiday plus UK Bank Holidays (incremental increase upon number of years of service).

    • Salary of £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.
    • Discretionary bonus (if company reaches their annual sales target).
