We are looking for a talented Sous Chef with a proven track record in creative fresh food & high volume.

We pride ourselves on producing fresh, seasonal, creative food to a very high standard and we take influences, flavours, and styles from around the world.

Our service style is relaxed but personable
Very competitive pay, hours capped at 48 (up to £33k basic + tips, £38k package - depending on experience)
Creative freedom to write the menus along with the input of your team
Flexible shift patterns - You're able to work 4 days on, 3 days off.
