Are you an experienced administration assistant ready to make contribution in higher education? Are you detail-oriented and ready to bring your organisational skills to a dynamic team? Signature Recruitment is seeking a capable individual to join a prestigious London University.

This is a temporary, full-time position, an immediate start and will run for 3 months. The role is fully office-based.


Administration Assistant Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct minutetaking during meetings and assist with timetabling requests.
  • Coordinate invigilators and communicate seating plans and registers in advance of assessments.
  • Manage room setup and takedown, ensuring a conducive environment for assessments.
  • Monitor assessment progress, promptly reporting any issues for timely resolution.
  • Support industrial placements by managing the inboxes, handling paperwork, and posting announcements to students.
