Description
My client is a fast-growing property management firm for an experienced
Building Surveyor to work on their various Major Works projects across London


The specialised works include:

  • Damp/water ingress survey and report (detecting cause and recommending remedies)
  • Structural / subsidence surveys; validation and defect analysis
  • Rebuild cost assessments for blocks
  • Insurancerelated surveys, licence to alter reports
  • Condition reports, Planned Maintenance Programs
  • Specification of works, and occasional project management

Salary:
£60,000

40 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
