Registered Care Home Manager - Chingford, E4

Competitive Salary, £80k, plus Bonus Scheme and Benefits Package.
Our home has a total of 84 ensuite bedrooms spread over three floors.

The Home provides general nursing care as well as specialist dementia care floors for those with very severe symptoms who find day to day life particularly challenging.

As a Home Manager you must also have the ability to understand and evaluate complex situations and use a holistic approach to problem solving, a good knowledge of financial / budget controls and be able to demonstrate a high commitment to customer focusand continuous improvement within the Home.
