    Description
    Learning & Development Delivery Lead
    Some travel from home office may be required.
    Part-time (approx. Hybrid. Flexible WFH options are included however this is primarily an office-based role.
    The Learning & Development Delivery Lead's role supports the company's wide-ranging portfolio of training and managed services.

    The role actively contributes to the design, development & delivery of key Learning & Development solutions as well as ongoing account management and service delivery.

    Minimum CIPD level 3 Qualification and 3 years L&D experience

    Design & Development of L&D programmes and services including presentations, supporting materials and value add resources
    Work closely with members of the L&D and Design Teams to lead on the above and ensure high quality output of all materials and content
    Quality Control all L&D related content and materials

    Programme Management – this role will fulfil responsibilities of account liaison for all L&D services and HSE Cultural Healthchecks.

    This includes direct customer account interface and management of internal L&D resourcing
    Programme Delivery – whilst not a core day-to-day function of this role, occasional delivery will be required particularly during 'pilot' phase of new projects
    To establish and develop internal L&D support and best practices for STC Insiso team members

    The ability to effectively communicate and build positive working relationships with colleagues and customers alike, as well as the ability to work alone using initiative as well as part of a team.

    The ability to manage a wide portfolio of L&D services including ownership of key accounts and programme resourcing.

    Organisational Skills:

    The ability to organise and prioritise, as well as efficiently plan ahead in terms of programme development, delivery, scheduling and resource demands.
