    The Firm

    A Top 20, International law firm are seeking a Legal PA to support their Commercial department in their London office, based in The City.

    The Opportunity

    The successful Legal PA will provide Partners and Senior Fee Earners with effective, pro-active, professional and high quality Legal PA support.

    You must demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and an ability to use your initiative at all times.


    Duties to include:
    Managing and maintaining Partner and Fee Earners' diaries, making appointments and co-ordinating internal and external client meetings
    Arranging the booking of meeting rooms, video conference facilities, cars, refreshments, restaurants etc.
    Management of Fee Earners' inboxes when they are out of the office, monitoring and responding to post and/or emails
    Organising travel arrangements, booking and confirmation of reservations, flights, hotels, car transfers, ordering currency and expense claims and producing detailed itineraries
    Typing and drafting client correspondence
    Preparation of agendas, presentations and meeting papers, including print production

    Coordinating the billing process on behalf of the Fee Earners'This Legal PA opportunity is a full time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 5.

    The Requirements

    Previous experience in a Legal PA role is essential
    Experience supporting a Commercial team within a law firm
    Strong skills in Word, Excel and PowerPointVacancy Highlights
