    Description
    We invite you to apply for this position at a leading fabrication company in Aberdeen.

    It offers good pay rates, flexibility, substantial overtime continuously, both days and night shifts but above all, a great work environment with great people that continues to retain their staff year after year.

    Some of our introductions have been employed for 15 years to date and have been promoted to chargehand, supervisor and management roles.

    Our client always keep the best platers even in difficult times such as covid, rather than let temps go and rehire they strive to retain the best workers.

    We require experienced heavy structural plater fabricators that are timeserved, motivated and at the top of their game.

    Must have worked in an oil & gas fabrication facility and able to work on own initiative working from complex drawings without direct supervsion or direction.

    WE DO NOT OFFER VISAS FOR ThOSE NOT ALREADY ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE UK

    RATES INCREASE SIGNIFICANTLY AFTER 12 WEEKS SATISFACTORY EMPLOYMENT (PROBATION PERIOD)


    DAYSHIFT


    75 per hour PAYE plus £2.38 holiday credit or £24.00 per hour PAYE plus £3.26 holiday credit or £34.01 per hour PAYE plus £4.35 holiday credit or £45.

    NIGHTSHIFT

    00 per hour PAYE plus £3.26 holiday credit or £33.01 per hour PAYE plus £5.57 holiday credit or £45.
    DAYSHIFT - (Effective 13th payment week of employment)


    75 per hour PAYE plus £2.38 holiday credit or £25.62 per hour PAYE plus £3.58 holiday credit or £37.49 per hour PAYE plus £4.77 holiday credit or £50.

    NIGHTSHIFT - (Effective 13th payment week of employment)


    62 per hour PAYE plus £3.58 holiday credit or £37.49 per hour PAYE plus £4.77 holiday credit or £50.88 gross pay (NIGHTS).

    69 dayshift and £ nightshift.

    We cannot accept limited company contractors on this assignment.

    No travel or accomodation allowance is paid on top of the above pay rates however we can source digs for £125 per week on your behalf (obviously accomodation expenses are tax deductable when self employed)
