- Acting as aircraft pilots, following Air Traffic Controllers' commands via a simulated communication link, and inputting instruction messages into simulator systems
- Ensuring timely and accurate inputs to create realistic scenarios on the radar for effective training sessions
- Collaborating with colleagues to set up and configure the simulator
- Supporting Data Preparation and Project Specialists with scenario preparation and testing
- Performing related support/administrative tasks as necessary
- Working collaboratively to ensure smooth operation of all activities
- Strong communication skills with clear articulation
- Quick and accurate decision-making abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft IT applications
- Experience in delivering theory and practical training

- This role is a 2-year Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking Aircraft Control Position Operators (ACPO) to join our Simulator team at Prestwick Centre.
