    IT Service Delivery Manager

    Aberdeen (Must be flexible to travel to different sites)

    £40-55k (DOE)

    Nine twenty technology have a new requirement for a Service delivery Manger to join one of Scotland's top independent ICT services providers, who specialise in cutting-edge solutions for various industries.     Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team & work closely with a major client in Aberdeen. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient with outstanding communication skills, capable of working onsite at different office locations across Scotland. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clients IT systems and infrastructure.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the delivery of IT services to our clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Face of ICT provider within Aberdeenshire client.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement service improvement initiatives.
    • Conduct regular assessments of service delivery processes and identify areas for optimization.
    • Gauge the user experience of IT systems and infrastructure, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on all matters related to IT service delivery.

    Requirements:

    • Background in Information Technology, or related field.
    • Proven experience in a similar role.
    • Technical background with expertise in IT systems and infrastructure.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work effectively onsite at various office locations across Aberdeenshire.
    • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying issues.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
    • Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CompTIA are a plus.
    • Good understanding of the business world/sales in an IT environment.
