    Seeking a Business Support and Tenders Assistant to join a catering and facilities management consultancy in Camberley, Surrey.

    Basic salary: £30,000

    Benefits: 8% annual bonus, 23 annual days off plus bank holidays, perk box, pension, work from home 1-2 days a week

    Business Support and Tenders AssistantJob Summary

    The Business Support and Tenders Assistant's primary focus is to guide clients through the tender process. This will require liaising with all levels of the management and senior consultants delivering the services to their clients. You will work alongside two other Business Support and Tenders Assistants in the preparation and development of tender documents.

    You will need good, clear and confident communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prioritise workload whilst being proactive.

    • The preparation and development of tender documentation, while adhering to strict regulatory deadlines
    • Proof reading and formatting of documents
    • Administration of all client's and consultant's tender portal logins
    • Control of version history of all documents that are updated during the tender process
    • Providing office and administrative support to the Partners and Consultants
    • To always maintain the company, consultants and client's confidentiality and security
    • Database maintenance and email linking

    • Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines successfully and effectively
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Thorough, critical and an excellent eye for detail
    • Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
    • Excellent IT skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and Outlook
    • Customer service skills
    • Flexible, self-motivated and proactive
    • Problem solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues
    • Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively

    Experience and Qualifications

    • NVQ/SVQ in Business and Administration, Levels 1-4 or equivalent.
    • Degree or training in strong computer skills
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to stay calm under pressure
    • Ability to work logically, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
    • A great team player
    • A desire to show initiative
    • Worked in similar role
