    Senior People Partner

    £60K + 15% Bonus

    12 month FTC – Start date ASAP

    Hybrid working - 3 days a week onsite

    We are seeking a dedicated Senior People Partner for our client, a British online publication, with a headcount of 250.

    We are looking for a true generalist who can handle the pace and volume You will manage complex ER cases including settlements, long-term sick leave, grievances, and disciplinaries and be a trusted support to managers and employees. A point of contact across the organisation, you will deal with a variety of people related queries and be confident in offering solutions. As well as being a true partner, you will lead on employee engagement initiatives and drive the D&I agenda forward. The role will have an international lean, supporting offices in India with global mobility and being a point of contact for an escalations. You will be supported by a close knit team of HR professionals.

    You will have proven experience in handling complex ER cases and have some experience with visa and immigration processes. You will be an excellent communicator and have strong interpersonal skills. High EQ is essential
