Role DescriptionThe International Business Consultant will take responsibility for the development of all new business through client and candidate sales. They will drive new business initiatives and will follow the VFE sales process with the proper discovery of new opportunities.The International Business Consultant is expected to operate under a 360 model that will require them to leverage candidate knowledge, competitor intelligence and market information to identify new areas of development. A self-starter who is competitive and eager, requiring minimal guidance and supervision will thrive in this International Business Consultant role. The International Business Consultant will work closely with the Engagement Managers and Finance to fully support all customer needs.Principle Accountabilities:

    • Promote the services of Airswift and build lasting and productive business relationships that are mutually beneficial.
    • Demonstrate to clients how Airswift's Global Employment Outsourcing offering adds value in achieving their strategic goals.
    • Display a positive and determined approach to identifying new business opportunities using leads, business networking, relevant research tools, region-specific targeting and cold calling.
    • Develop opportunities with clients by maximising, implementing and maintaining a sound marketing strategy. (Including advertising, networking, Chamber of Commerce and other industry-specific organisations).
    • Ability to negotiate newly signed contracts in tandem with Airswift's legal team, to ensure the best overall terms for Airswift.
    • Meet sales targets (KPIs) which are agreed with the Sales Director. Monitor and review monthly sales performance against forecast.
    • Highlight successes and explain variances.
    • Constructively work with the management team to ensure and maintain an efficient flow of communication regarding business opportunities and activities under the area of responsibility.
    • Manage the definition, scope, design, and implementation of projects in liaison with customers, vendors, and internal company stakeholders.
    • Monitor, review, and report monthly sales performance against forecast.
    • Responsible for the identification and development of all new Global Employment & Mobility business and sales opportunities.
    Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
    • Ability to use a personal computer, calculator, etc.
    • Ability to sit for extended periods without much movement.
    • Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment with non-flexible deadlines.
    • All candidates must have the ability to speak, read and write English.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor's preferred.
    • Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
    • Proven track record of successful sales delivery in a Recruitment business.
    • Ability to network effectively at the senior level.
    • Ability to embrace the Airswift culture and values, practices and processes but bring fresh and new ideas to move the company forward.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, organisation and time management skills.
    • Highly self-motivated and objective-driven.
    • Will be keen to apply strategic vision and sales acumen to a highly challenging 'fast-growth' style role.
    • Ability to prioritise work and perform multiple tasks with limited supervision.
    • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills needed.
    • Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
    • Minimum of one to four years of sales experience with the following skills: Leadership, people management, team building, strong management budgeting and planning.
