    Our client's corporate secretariat provides excellent Board Corporate Governance Advisory Support to this dual listed FTSE 250 company and its regulated subsidiaries.

    Part of their business now requires a capable individual to provide day-to-day company secretarial support to the Boards and Committees of its UK, Irish and Jersey entities.

    You will play a key role in supporting and advising the Executive and Non-executive Directors of the business on all areas of corporate governance.

    This is a great opportunity to build on existing experiences of supporting regulated, independent Boards and you will be supported by a highly experienced team.

    As Company Secretary for this part of the business, and with the support of the Senior Company Secretary, you will provide a full complement of corporate secretarial services to the entities in line with Group governance standards. This will include its UK, Irish and Jersey regulated entities.

    Importantly, you will build and maintain successful relationships with a variety of stakeholders from across the organisation and liaise with individuals at all levels.

    You will manage entity governance and support corporate transactions and projects. You will manage the year-end process for the business as well as board performance reviews.

    Other responsibilities include supporting corporate governance activity for the dual listed entity, , such as supporting the annual report and accounts process and maintaining insider and confidential lists.

    You will collaborate with the Senior Company Secretary and other members of team, as well as supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.

    The successful candidate is likely to be a qualified company secretary with significant experience working within a listed or financial services environment, with a track-record of supporting subsidiary boards.
