Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Watford (1-2 days WFH)

Salary Range: Circa £35,000

Are you ready to dive into the world of data-driven insights and strategic decision-making? We're on the lookout for a Business Analyst to join our pharma client.

The Role:

Provide accurate reports and data insights to key stakeholders, including the General Manager and sales team, using both internal and external data sets.

Develop a release schedule for reports to ensure timely access to critical data for informed decision-making.

Offer necessary data resources and support to field-based personnel as required.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to continually review and adjust the organization's data needs.

Stay agile and open-minded to evolving responsibilities as our organization expands.

Keep up-to-date with developments in data and the NHS environment to drive informed decisions about brands and business strategy.

Accountabilities:

Deliver timely and precise business reports and data to support decision-making for the General Manager and field-based staff.

Monitor and track performance metrics and KPIs for our brands, the market, and competitors.

Provide sales support (and potential future marketing support) to our field-based teams.

Offer market analytics to facilitate successful new product launches.

Track promotional efforts and activities against results to optimize strategies.

Key Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft packages, with strong skills in data manipulation principles using Excel, etc.

While an understanding of NHS data would be advantageous, it's not essential.

Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek advice and guidance.

Flexibility and adaptability as our organization grows.

Team player mindset, willing to occasionally travel within the UK.
