Early Careers Lead hours per week - £30,000 pro rata 18 FTC

This opportunity is perfect if you're looking for a launch platform to utilise your creativity, passion and skills.


We're looking for an Early Careers Lead to join the Talent and Learning Team here at Brandon to plan, deliver and evaluate an apprenticeship, work experience & placement programme.

About the role


Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Work with the Head of Talent on design and delivery of the apprenticeship programme
  • Work closely with colleagues to understand the needs and challenges of the apprentices and placements and providing pastoral support where appropriate.
  • Management and distribution of Apprenticeship levy funds and associated administration
  • Management and coordination of apprentices induction, work experience and placements
  • Being the key link with School, Colleges, Universities & Trust Managers
  • To supervise and monitor the progress of the early year's curriculum throughout the Trust through KPI's and objectives.
About you


As the successful Early Careers Lead, you'll have experience of managing, coaching and supporting people to bring the best out of them.

You'll have strong mentoring, communication and influencing skills and experience of building relationships with internal and external parties.

You'll have an awareness of various Government initiatives that will impact stakeholders you'll be working with. As the Early Careers Lead you will constantly work towards continuous improvement, delivering a record of your achievements


This newly created role, will shape the talent and learning strategy identifying and delivering learning solutions to help drive career development and also identify future skills requirements and continuing to grow our apprenticeship offering.
