- Creating a weekly order for the factory
- Updating the 'work in progress sheets' for orders coming through
- Creating a weekly summary for delivery of products from overseas
- Matching deliveries to Invoice to make sure they balance and advising where there are errors.
- Creating a weekly plan for production of stock in Richmond
- Monitoring and ordering upper stock for Richmond production
- Monitoring of orders in progress within the factory, to advise on delays/progress.
- Updating/advising customers on delivery dates of orders
- General office duties such as ordering of stationary, answering phone, filling etc
- Monday to Friday

I am working with an international business whose Head Office is based in Richmond, North Yorkshire as they are recruiting a Stock Administrator to join their team.
As the successful candidate, you will be an integral part of the team, dealing with daily administration, customer service and basic stock administration.
