    Description

    I am working with an international business whose Head Office is based in Richmond, North Yorkshire as they are recruiting a Stock Administrator to join their team.


    As the successful candidate, you will be an integral part of the team, dealing with daily administration, customer service and basic stock administration.


    Duties include:

    • Creating a weekly order for the factory
    • Updating the 'work in progress sheets' for orders coming through
    • Creating a weekly summary for delivery of products from overseas
    • Matching deliveries to Invoice to make sure they balance and advising where there are errors.
    • Creating a weekly plan for production of stock in Richmond
    • Monitoring and ordering upper stock for Richmond production
    • Monitoring of orders in progress within the factory, to advise on delays/progress.
    • Updating/advising customers on delivery dates of orders
    • General office duties such as ordering of stationary, answering phone, filling etc
