Customer Service Coordinator - Colchester, Temp-PermMy client based in Colchester are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join the team on a Temporary-Permanent basis.
Duties will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact with the organisation for patients, GP's and other members of the public
- Providing various administrative support and assistance to the team
- Handling patient queries, basic triaging of patient needs (nonclinical), accessing and checking patient and updating service records
- Updating and maintaining of databases and use of IT systems, including SystmOne
- Professional and polite communication with patients and relatives
- Covering the Reception area on a rota as and when requested
- Previous experience working within an Administrative or Data entry role
- Customer Service experience (office based) would be an advantage
- 5 GCSE's at C Grade and above
- Good use of IT Packages from basicintermediate level

Temp-Perm role
Working pattern: 7 days per week on a 37.5 hour basis, allocated days off are rostered over a 4 week period
Hours from 8am-11pm - working a 7.5 hour day
