Customer Service Coordinator - Colchester, Temp-Perm

My client based in Colchester are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join the team on a Temporary-Permanent basis.


Duties will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact with the organisation for patients, GP's and other members of the public
  • Providing various administrative support and assistance to the team
  • Handling patient queries, basic triaging of patient needs (nonclinical), accessing and checking patient and updating service records
  • Updating and maintaining of databases and use of IT systems, including SystmOne
  • Professional and polite communication with patients and relatives
  • Covering the Reception area on a rota as and when requested
  • Previous experience working within an Administrative or Data entry role
  • Customer Service experience (office based) would be an advantage
  • 5 GCSE's at C Grade and above
  • Good use of IT Packages from basicintermediate level
Salary is £9.50-£10.90 per hour dependent on experience - Once permanent there are pay enhancements

Working pattern: 7 days per week on a 37.5 hour basis, allocated days off are rostered over a 4 week period

Hours from 8am-11pm - working a 7.5 hour day
