As part of our transformation, we are looking for a Head of HR Shared Services.

This is a fantastic opportunity to create and lead RS Group's global People Services team and is responsible for shaping, influencing, and implementing a new global service delivery model for the People function.


You will be responsible for the effectively delivery of a global team delivering query resolution, transactional support, systems administration, content management, automation, and continuous improvement.


What you will do

  • Develop the overall global People Services strategy, including development of the service proposition, detailed definition of the core People processes and the impact on people, process and technology.
  • Build the People Services team in support of the transformational strategy; building a high performing, engaged and solutions focussed team with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ensure the function has accurate reporting and appropriate analytics to support and enhance management decision making and measuring performance.
  • Improve existing offerings and develop solutions that deliver an exceptional experience to employees and managers throughout their journey from onboarding through offboarding
  • Deliver best in class service and support to the People Team, managers, and our employees
  • Ensure a culture and focus on continuous improvement and innovation to improve the effectiveness of the team and value of the function.
  • Foster a workplace of continuous feedback, driving a culture of learning and accountability.

A bit about you

  • Experience in setting up and managing a global shared services model and transformation of the People function.
  • Experience of working in a global business
  • Excellent understanding of the value of data and insight as an enabler for the function.
  • Understanding technology capabilities and dependencies; strong working knowledge of Success Factors and a case management system is desirable.
  • Can do attitude the ambition and drive to challenge, deliver excellence and be positive about change
  • Strong professional impact credibility and integrity are key.
  • Experience with coaching, developing, and directing a team based in multiple locations and markets
