    Salary and Benefits: £45,000 - £65,000 + negotiable package

As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to join their team.

    Position Overview:
    As a Site Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful delivery of our residential projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with main contractors and a proven track record of delivering projects to the highest standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and manage all on-site activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
    • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely delivery of project milestones.
    • Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
    • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry, with a focus on new build residential projects.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
    • Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

    Salary and Benefits:
