    We're looking for a highly motivated New Homes Sales Manager to complement our team covering the Essex & Suffolk area.

    The main purpose of this role is win instructions to new sites and develop relationships with developers in your area.

    Skills and experience required to be a successful New Homes Sales ManagerPreferably experience in New Homes Sales with an Estate Agency or builder / developer or Estate Agency or experience such as Estate Agent, Residential Sales, Lettings SalesAble to build relationships and deliver sales in a target driven environmentOutstanding customer care / customer service experienceResilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail orientedSelf-motivated, able to work autonomously and act on your own initiativeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsIT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)Connells Group, one of the largest and most successful estate agency and property services providers in the UK.
