    Description

    Everest People Solutions have partnered with the UK's top independent cupcake manufacturer, to recruit a multi skilled, electrically biased, shift maintenance engineer.

    On a six week rolling rota with two 5 day breaks.
    20 days holidays
    Statutory pension
    Free on-site parking
    Free tea and coffee

    The Shift Engineer resolves breakdowns and conducts maintenance while driving site improvements. They ensure high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

    Manage engineering time effectively to optimize OEE.

    3+ years of engineering experience.
    ~ NVQ Level 3 or higher in electrical/mechanical subject.
    ~ Recognized engineering apprenticeship.- Proficiency in MS Office and PPM systems.
    Ability to understand electrical/mechanical drawings.
    Logical, flexible, and decisive.

    Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends.
    Business travel may be required.
