Senior Product Manager / Growth Product Manager / Product Lead AI/ML needed for a rapidly scaling global tech company that combines bespoke data to provide a revolutionary solution to a very traditional multi-$trillion global industry, that hasn't changedmuch in over 300 years.

They are a fully funder scale-up within an incubator of a £multi-billion global market leader, also backed by leading venture capital funds, with a start-up culture but corporate level funding.

They have one initiative that will likely 10x them in the nearfuture, so they're experiencing significant growth.

With over half a billion capital, they are one of the largest start-ups in history and have generated over £335 million of revenue in 2021.

The Senior Product Manager / Growth Product Manager / Product Lead AI/ML will:
Lead a Squad of developers, designers, data scientists and analysts.
Fully own the roadmap and backlog for your multidisciplinary team.

There are different squads focussing on Growth, Data Science with ML/AI and Advanced Algorithms, and you can go into the team that suits you best.

Set the long-term vision and using your experience or knowledge of project management to oversee new concepts from inception to delivery.

Prioritise and execute feature development work that drives user and business value.
Be comfortable in treading their own path with extensive stakeholder management and influencing skills, driving the growth
The Senior Product Manager / Growth Product Manager / Product Lead AI/ML must have:
Strong full lifecycle product management experience, from discovery to delivery.
Experience from any sector, such as tech, B2B SAAS, B2C consumer sectors such as eCommerce, marketplaces, travel, media, etc.
Strong stakeholder management experience and influencing skills.
Strong comfort with data and use of data to make informed decisions or guesses.
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to test and hypothesise to create potential solutions.
Possibly experience with a data heavy product/platform (analytics, data platforms, financial services, AI/ML, algorithm based, Ad-tech, Customer insight, business intelligence, etc)
Strong experience working in an Agile Squads/Tribes structure

You will have the ability to work hybrid with 2-3 days in office (City of London) in an exciting environment with other rewarding benefits.
