    We are looking for a Sous Chef who will play a crucial role in the growth of the kitchen team. You should have excellent social skills, be receptive to guidance from the Head Chef, while also being capable of leading the team. Your main focus will be to support the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring service, safety, and quality standards set by the Head Chef are met.

    Working closely with the Head Chef on menu innovation, you should bring your creative touch to introduce new and exciting dishes, as well as enhance traditional recipes. You are expected to manage the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, consistently adhering to COSHH and EHO standards.

    Joining a dynamic group of Chefs presents opportunities for advancement. With our training system, you can progress to a Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef role within the company.

    Essential Skills:

    • Good culinary skills, attention to detail, and presentation
    • Positive attitude and composure in high-pressure situations
    • Capability to assume the role of Head Chef when necessary
    • Adherence to Health & Safety, EHO, and HACCP standards
    • Understanding of Stocktakes and GP%
    • Ability to assist with Rotas, training, and management duties
    • Familiarity with venue operations
