This is an exciting opportunity to work with our
EMEAA Compliance Director. In this role you will be responsible for coordination of legal entity compliance across Europe.

This is a great opportunity for a person with experience in hotel operations or similar hospitality background. If you can demonstrate co-ordination of multiple teams to deliver exceptional customer experience and have an understanding of accounting or perhaps have an awareness of finance & accounting and company filing requirements, - this role could be for you

Growing trusted relationships is a part of who we are at IHG and that's exactly what this role entails. Effective relationship management with multiple stakeholders across various locations.

This role is based out of our Corporate Office in Branston, Burton-upon-Trent.

Your day to day
Co-ordination and management of compliance needs across Europe including:

Project lead of the set up of new entities in new and existing territories (where required), supported by other teams to implement
Coordination of the compliance filings for each entity in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring all filings are made on time
Tracking agreed fees and documenting arrangements for the third party compliance and accounting providers in Europe
Monitoring performance of third party compliance and bookkeeping providers
Maintaining a database of all European entities and branches with responsibilities for compliance services clearly documented and controlled
Intermediary between third party providers and internal IHG teams. and first escalation point e.g. to extent compliance filings not made on time by third party providers
Coordination of the review of any engagement letters for third party compliance and bookkeeping providers
Maintaining the European
Compliance SharePoint Site
Support stakeholders with initiatives which impact the entities and branches

What we need from you

Ability to influence stakeholders including third party providers
Core level awareness of finance & accounting requirements.
Proven Project Management skills
