What will you be doing as a Senior HR Advisor?

Successfully plan, prioritise, manage, and execute a number of projects in an environment with quickly shifting priorities.

Standardise and strengthen HR practice across the organisation.

Agree with the Head of People & Development the shortterm and longterm project requirements and ensure best practice is recognised/optimised across the whole of the organisation.

Regular communication with the Head of People & Development updating on project progress, ensuring sign off at relevant stages of projects.

Ensure the smooth transition of projects from development & delivery to support / business as usual.

Support the Head of People & Development with the collation of functional reporting and creation of weekly and monthly high-level data on project progress.

This role requires strategic thinking whilst acting at an operational level, ensuring feedback is effectively channelled and the best ways of working are developed and enhanced. You will regularly update shared learnings so that we continue to raise the bar for our employee experience.

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

Proven experience and track record as a HR Project Lead / Senior HR Advisor / Manager / Specialist or equivalent.

High level of confidentiality is key to this role.

Act with energy and enthusiasm with a 'can do' approach.

Effective organisation and outstanding attention to detail

Passion for learning and desire to develop own knowledge and skills.

Be highly analytical and ideally be advanced in Excel Processes / MS Project.

Must have a driving licence / own car and be able to travel around our Centres across the Northwest and West Yorkshire when the job role requires and claim business mileage.

What will you get in return for your work as a Senior HR Advisor?

Salary:
Up to £40,000 depending on experience

Working hours:
Monday - Friday 37.5hrs per week
