- Manage the implementation of step change improvements & new innovations
- Evaluate prototype parts/assembly, provide feedback for assembly procedure and design improvement.
- Review and validate contract documentation (drawings, bill of materials).
- Define tooling and equipment for product assembly.
- Write build specifications for new and existing products.
- Procure tooling/equipment to meet development and production plans.
- Instruct and advise operators on assembly.
- Write Extra Work Authorisation (EWA) for investigations.
- Analyse and improve production processes.
- Conduct process audits and ensure compliance.
- Mechanical/Industrial/Production/Engineering Degree.
- Experience in technical/manufacturing environment.
- Organised and methodical problem-solving approach.
- Experience in a highly regulated engineering environment
- Knowledge of PUWER, LOLER HSE regulations.
- Knowledge of CAD software (Creo, Solidworks, Catia etc.)
