Job Purpose
The role of the Technical Support Advisor is really important to us. You will be responsible for providing technical support for the commissioning of Telematics devices, including trackers and dashcams.

You will be required to answer calls from engineers and assist customers with technical issues, ensuring timely solutions and customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for investigating and diagnosing technical problems and providing solutions to the customer.

We would love to welcome you to our Crewe office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.


Your responsibilities day to day will be

  • Answering calls from engineers and providing technical support for the commissioning of Telematics devices, including trackers and dashcams.
  • Assisting customers with technical issues and providing timely solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Working with the internal team to resolve customer issues and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Investigating and diagnosing technical problems and providing solutions to the customer.
  • Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers, team members and management.
  • Continuously improving technical skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer support.
