    Lifting Engineer Opportunity

    Role as the Lifting Engineer:

    • Conduct repairs, inspections, and LOLER examinations on various lifting equipment such as shackles, winches, hoists, and gantries within a workshop setting.
    • Occasionally handle on-site customer breakdowns as required.
    • Act as the primary technical support contact for customers via email and phone.
    • Execute both minor and major repair works as scheduled.
    • Maintain a professional demeanor to uphold the company's reputation.
    • Ensure cleanliness and organization in the workshop and workspace.

    Desired Attributes for the Role:

    • Prior experience in roles such as Lifting Engineer, LEEA inspector, LOLER inspector, Forklift Engineer, or Plant Engineer with expertise in repairing and inspecting lifting equipment.
    • Hold an LEEA qualification (or equivalent) and preferably possess an NVQ or City and Guilds in mechanics or engineering.
    • Also suitable for individuals with a background as an engineer, mechanic, or fitter/technician with similar skills.
