Are you interested in working for an exciting company based in Essex that provides fire safety consultancy services including; fire risk assessments, health & safety risk assessments, fire door inspection surveys and fire-stopping surveys to a range of clientele in the South East.

This is a full-time hybrid role for an experienced Fire Risk Assessor located in Essex.

The Fire Risk Assessor will be responsible for assessing residential and commercial properties, creating reports and making recommendations to clients.

The role will involve visiting client sites across the South East and will require strong interpersonal skills as well as the ability to evaluate fire risk within a range of buildings.

Support will be provided for further training and qualifications, however, previous experience in fire risk assessment is vital.
Level 3 Certificate in Fire Safety or NEBOSH National Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management (or equivalent)
Relevant fire door inspection qualification and experience
Full UK driving license with access to a vehicle
Demonstrable knowledge of current fire safety & health & safety legislation
Experience in conducting fire risk assessments, with practical measures to
lower fire risks using relevant guidance documents
Familiarity with different types of commercial and residential properties
