An exciting opportunity for an experienced Proactis support specialist has arisen to join the dynamic and diverse Purchasing Systems Team within the Finance department who have a real drive for service excellence.

The role will provide key support servicesto all business areas and its activities with the Proactis (iBuy) Purchase to Pay system and its companion products.

Profile
- paced, demanding environment whilst maintaining professional standards.

Knowledge of key financial processes, ability to gather and document requirements, making recommendations, as well as supporting users through change is essential.

You will be expected to provide an outstanding support service to over 1,000 internal system users as well as deliver workshops and training sessions, both in classroom and 1-2-1 settings across multiple office locations.

There will be an opportunity tolearn other core financial systems.

Skills and experience required:

Experience of providing systems support for a large user base is essential with an excellent customer service focus;
Experience within a Finance Department (or a Finance related qualification to demonstrate financial awareness) with a knowledge of key financial protocols and processes;
Practical experience of SQL report writing is desirable;
Experience with training delivery with strong interpersonal and communication skills;

Job Offer
£35k - £37k
