An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant to join the Trust, supporting the Orthopaedical Leadership Team, consisting of Deputy Director of Operations, Medical Director, General Manager, Deputy Director of Nursing
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and professional PA who has excellent organisational and communication skills, is a proficient minute taker with excellent keyboard skills, has a detailed understanding of Microsoft packages (Outlook365, Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and previous experience managing busy and complex diaries for multiple senior managers.
The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive personal assistance/secretarial, operational and organizational support to the Orthopaedical Leadership Team, consisting of Deputy Director of Operations, Medical Director, General Managers and ensure the efficient operation of their portfolios.
You will develop excellent relationships both internally and externally and will frequently be the first point of contact for key stakeholders and patients.
You will have exemplary communication skills to ensure that a positive impression of the Trust is maintained at all times.

Manage and prioritise all incoming and outgoing correspondence initiating responses and drafting where appropriate and at all times demonstrating a high level of accuracy, discretion and confidentiality while ensuring responses to deadlines are met
