Description

The main purpose of the role is to act as finance support helping with finance related activities such as dealing with suppliers, the helpdesk to resolve queries and allow for invoicing.

Responsibilities

  • Review and updating of weekly Work in Progress (WIP) reports.
  • Ensuring all costs tie back to both internal system (Maximo) and client's system to allow for accurate reporting and invoicing
  • Liaising with suppliers and the helpdesk to resolve queries and allow for invoicing
  • Provide dedicated support and hence develop strong relationships with client to improve contract performance.
  • Assist in ensuring that all relevant contract information is accurate and up to date e.g., labour costing data for technicians and subcontractors.
  • Resolve invoice queries to allow for quicker invoicing
Requirements

  • Previous finance knowledge
  • IT literate
- including MS Excel, Oracle, SAP, TEAMS, Maximo (preferable but not essential)

  • Intermediate knowledge level of all Microsoft office packages. Fully competent in the use of PCs and other types of technology
  • The ability to work unsupervised
  • Proven communication skills
  • Must be able to work to tight deadlines
