Hybrid 3 days in the officer and 2 days WFH
We are excited to be working with a leading provider within their field. You will be based at the Hartlebury office providing support to the payroll and finance function of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation that is going through a rapid period of growth.


Day to day duties will include the following:

  • Complete monthly payroll, End to End
  • Produce Payroll and HR MI and analyse trends.
  • Process month end journals within Sage to assist with reporting.
  • Assisting with the preparation of key information required for month end financial reporting to wider group.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to key stakeholders across departments
  • Produce monthly reporting slides
  • Changes in T&C
  • Salary Increase
  • Support with payroll queries where necessary and manage the payroll inbox. Working knowledge of HMRC rules and guideline
  • Experienced in HR system management or implementation
  • Experience with Sage is essential.
  • Knowledge of Visio is desirable
  • Extensive payroll experience
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, including Excel, VISIO and specific inhouse software e.g. SiteLive)
  • Excel proficient
  • Ability to organise work in a timely and effective manner
  • Ability to prioritise and organise work effectively, under pressure and towards tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to work and learn in fastpaced environment
  • Able to multi task on a variety of tasks working independently and, in a team, oriented, collaborative environment

Essential
Payroll Qualified

  • CIPP desirable.
AAT Qualified
