- Ensure process scalability, support plant trials, and contribute to technical root cause analysis.

- Develop and manage an internal network to advance project work.
- BSc/PhD in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or Chemistry.
- Strong background in process and chemistry, with knowledge of statistical methodologies.
- Proficient in literature search and application of existing knowledge.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Capable of managing multiple projects with the ability to make independent decisions.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on solutions.
