    We're incredibly excited to be recruiting for a Marketing Executive at Managed Service Provider going through an exceptionally exciting period of growth. This organisation are leading the way in their space due to their superior relationships, expert product knowledge & ability to innovate and this Marketing hire is a key component in this growth journey

    This role will be working very closely with our client's Commercial Director and will be the first Marketing hire in the business, holding the remit of growing the marketing function with the support of a very collaborative team.

    Our customer operates in a well-established and trusted Partner base, which you will be supporting Marketing and Communications efforts into. As well as Marketing into our Channel Partners, you will also support with direct and existing customer demand generation activities.

    As well as Marketing, there will be elements of relationship building, supporting our Sales Team and Partner Manager, you will help establish new Partnerships as well as developing existing. As part of the ongoing relationships, there will also be in person, social and engagement related activity which you will be expected to support with. This will include nationwide travel.

    Responsibilities

    • Managing Marketing calendar, ensuring the calendar and activities are kept up-to-date and taking initiative on evolving the calendar adding relevant industry and partner events.
    • Liaising with our customers agency; managing the creation of marketing assets, proofreading and reviewing content.
    • Managing our social media presence, supporting in creating posts and content for platforms such as LinkedIn.
    • Create exciting and compelling email campaigns for our customers partners, managing the partner contact database in HubSpot and the distribution of the content.
    • Work with the sales teams and Partner Manager to create incentives for partners and support with ROI calculations.
    • Work with different teams across the business to understand how they can feed into the marketing strategy and what support they may need.
    • Work with Sales, Commercial Director and Partner Manager on demand generation activities with our key Vendors and Partners.
    • Maintain and update standard presentations and digital platforms, including the website and social media channels.
    • Track and report on Marketing activities, measuring their success against predefined metrics.
    • Evaluate the performance of partner marketing programs and recommend improvements.
    • Identify sources of content, support, and infrastructure available from Partners and leverage these effectively.
    • Manage the logistics and execution of partner and internal events including hosted, 3rd party tradeshows, and virtual events.
    • Produce partner related content such as case studies and win wires to drive partner channel sales and awareness.
    • Recommend solutions to develop joint marketing plans with partners by researching consumer behaviour trends, target audience, demography, etc.
    • Work with the Commercial Director, Partner Manager and Sales to help produce content for Partners and our existing customer base.
    • Work with the Partner Manager to create sales enablement material for Partners.
    • Marketing administrative tasks, including claiming vendor funding, raising purchase orders etc.

    Skills & Experience

    • Outstanding written and spoken communication skills.
    • 2+ years of experience of Partner and Channel Marketing disciplines and demonstrable marketing competencies in the IT industry.
    • Experience in a CRM or digital marketing role preferred.
    • Experience of partner driven marketing campaigns, audience generation and segmentation of customers
    • Confident in working independently, at networking events and conferences and in Partners offices

    • Strong collaboration skills to work with multiple stakeholders
    • Able to select the appropriate methods, tools and business applications autonomously to complete your work

    • Understanding of Backup/DR/Data Protection and able to keep up to date with developments in your technical and professional area of expertise
    • Experience working with Salesforce & HubSpot (preferred)
    • Responsible and take initiative for your own personal development
