Our client is an exciting and fast growing PR agency seeking a talented B2C Account Director to join their lovely team This role will mean you are responsible for managing and overseeing the campaigns delivered and that KPI's are met.

As well as leadingthe commercial delivery of key accounts, you will also take responsibility for the development of lasting and effective client relationships.

This is a full time hybrid position with excellent opportunities for progression.

This interesting and varied role will involve the following key responsibilities:

Develop and nurture close working relationships with clients
Create and drive PR plans and strategies
Produce creative ideas for campaigns and the media
Manage multiple projects of varying scope and size including delivering activities against agreed KPIs
Effectively delegate internally, and successfully manage team resourcing needs and requirements
Advising on and helping to secure the bigger pieces of top tier coverage for clients
Managing and mentoring members of the team
Advising and overseeing the creation of content by Account Managers and Account Executives (for example: key messages, press releases, pitches, comments, briefing documents, talking points)

Skills, qualities and experience needed:

Excellent project managing skills ability to prioritise is a must
A proven record of successfully running several campaigns
Excellent relationship building skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Flair for creativity, strategic thinking, and innovation
A passion for the media, and social media (with a great network)
Ability to work across different teams and specialities
Willingness to take initiative, own and take responsibility of their work
Awareness of new media developments and latest communications industry development
