    About the business unit
  • We help conceive, drive, and implement transport solutions for cities, regions, and asset owners/operators around the globe. From preparing the business case and advising on related issues such as revenue, procurement, and environmental legislation to delivering the completed infrastructure and helping maintain it. Our planning, engineering, environmental and management skills cover the whole project cycle. We play a major role in developing and delivering the Global Transport Sector Strategy.
    Overview of roleYou will need to be flexible in taking on different tasks every day and not be phased by a fast paced environment. You will take ownership for coordinating aspects of the bid process, from initial request through to final submission. You will be responsible for creating and formatting bid documents to ensure they are visually appealing and professionally presented.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Production and delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within defined timeframes
  • Coordinate bidrelated activities and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Ensure proposal documents follow corporate branding guidelines, standard formatting and quality standards
  • Edit and proofread submission documents to ensure accuracy and bid compliance, ensuring proposal documents follow corporate branding guidelines and formatting
  • Assist with uploading submissions and other bid administration tasks
  • Assist with the maintaining and continuous development of our 'Win Site' library and bidding tools
  • Monitor enquiries inbox and identify potential opportunities
  • Liaise with the internal marketing team to highlight any new content which could be used in the production of project news or social media contentEssential:
  • Proven ability in planning, producing and delivering compliant proposal documents within a complex business environment
  • Experienced in attending proposal kickoff meetings, participating in storyboarding sessions
  • Highest level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Flexible attitude to undertake a wide range of tasks
  • Ability to function effectively in a small team with individual responsibilities and collective goals
  • Proficient communicator
  • Ability to work on several bids simultaneously
  • Excellent organisational skills with acute attention to detail
  • Good level of IT literacy
  • Preferable (not essential):
  • APMP Certification is preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge of InDesign
