We are currently looking for an
Accounts Payments Coordinator to join our Finance Department on a
fixed term contract basis.


Based at our Horsforth Office, this is a full
- time, permanent opportunity. We operate a hybrid working model providing a balance of home and office working.


In this role you will take ownership of the Group purchase ledger and cash book, sales invoicing, payroll files and support the Finance Manager with month-end and other tasks.

What you'll be getting up to in more detail:

  • Maintaining purchase ledger and making supplier payments to terms
  • Payment of colleague expenses
  • Maintaining Group cash book including preparation of bank reconciliations
  • Reconciliation of software bills received by Group
  • Invoicing for various smaller revenue streams, sales ledger monitoring and historic debt collection
  • Reconciliation and payment of monthly payroll files
  • Assisting the Finance Manager with monthend and other tasks

You will be able to demonstrate the following skillsets / We'd love to see**:

  • Previous experience in an AP role
  • Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Excel

We'd love to see:


  • Knowledge of Sage
  • Payroll experience
