Description
It's 9 am on a Monday. You check your calendar. You've got a busy day ahead.

First up is a note to pull a list of new joiners from Workday so you can start planning the next employee induction meeting.

You'll need to line up colleagues to participate in presenting, start thinking about refreshments and check that the session content is up to date.

After that, you'll be dusting down your writing skills to start work on a new policy.

Your manager has given you a good idea of what it needs to cover and if you can get the first draft written, you'll be able to review it together at your weekly catch-up session on Wednesday.

Just as you're about to get started, there's a quiet knock at the door. A colleague comes in looking concerned. You turn from your screen to give him your full attention. Your to-do list will have to wait

We're looking for a passionate, committed HR professional to join our team and build their career in the interesting world of international education.

To be considered for the role, you will also need to demonstrate an organised approach, strong writing ability, great teamworking skills, empathy and flexibility.
