Up to £39,000 plus company car and fuel card
Hyde is looking to recruit a Trade Supervisor.

As a Trade Supervisor at Hyde you will be working within Responsive Repairs to ensure a customer focused approach and a right first time repairs service is met within your team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the team to ensure that key performance indicators, such as Customer Satisfaction, RTF and repairs priorities, are achieved and that works orders are closed down within agreed timescales.
- Manage trades operatives to ensure right firsttime completion of jobs and that all health and safety is complied with, to safeguard our staff and the public.
- Ensure that works allocation is monitored to ensure full use of time is achieved.
- Monitor budgets ensuring repair jobs are correctly raised and allocated to the correct budget codes to ensure correct capitalisation of works.
- Build effective stakeholder relations and attend meetings with service providers and residents and internal stakeholders as and when required.
- You will be required to cover both London Bridge and Peckham office on a rota basis.
Skills and Experience Required
- Experience managing a team is a must with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Experience working within social housing is desirable
- A background working within a trade is desirable
