    Our team is looking for a new IT Business Partner to work primarily with business areas to analyse business needs assessing how technology can improve effectiveness and efficiency of business areas. The Business relationship manager will be part of the IT Ops team and will translate business requirements into technical specifications and work with technology colleagues or external partners to facilitate realisation of solutions and help us achieve our business outcomes. The role reports to the IT Operations Manager.

    Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary point of contact between the IT department and key business stakeholders
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business units to understand their needs and ensure they receive effective service support
    • Ensure business needs are captured, analysed and translated into effective solutions
    • Facilitate communication between business units and IT to ensure timely resolution of IT related issues.
    • Analyse business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
    • Stay up to date with current and emerging technology trends, and provide recommendations on how they can be applied to improve business operations

    Key Skills and Experience

    • Proven experience in IT business relationship management
    • Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems
    • Proven experience in customer relationship management and business analysis
    • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Experience in SAP/ERP (S4 Hana, SAP Success Factors etc.) would be ideal
    • Solid understanding of business process mapping
    • Experience in Project management lifecycle and how to manage a project.
    • Skills and how to document and lead continuous improvement plans.
    • Experience in Service reporting and KPI.
