- Conduct strategic account reviews to drive growth and profitability.
- Managing the delivery of projects to agreed deadlines.
- Assist with compliance-based activities such as supplier waste audits.
- Be responsible for a key accounts within the business to maintain and increase the contract revenue and profitability of accounts through optimisation and efficiencies
- Managing supplier relationships specific to your accounts
- On-going maintenance of customer database and pipeline.
- Weekly reporting to your manager on sales activity, key customer advancements, aged debt and updated pipeline opportunities.
- Achievement of set individual quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor company service delivery to ensure this is consistent with contractual obligations.
- Build, develop and maintain productive and professional relationships with key decision makers in account base through regular communication and occasional meetings.
- Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins to agreed aims through contract renegotiations.
- Plan and orchestrate regular promotional activity at site level with the assistance of Marketing and the After Sales Manager.
- Strong communication skills to include relationship building, influencing and negotiating skills
