Description

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Processing incoming payments to ensure compliance and guildelines are being adhered to
  • Verifying, classifying, posting and recording all AR data
  • Preparing invoices and bank deposits
  • Accurate and timely allocation of payments from multiple payment channels
  • Communicating effectively with suppliers and other stakeholders regarding collection of overdue debts
  • Reconciling queries on supplier/customer accounts

Profile

  • Have 1+ years experience in a similar AR role
  • Be an excellent communicator, both written and oral
  • Have intermediate Excel skills i.e. pivot tables, vlookups
  • Be motivated, hardworking and professional at all times
  • Have experience working in the property industry (desired, not essential)
